Week 7 -
Week 7 what a great week! I met my first goal this week! I am going strong!
I only have 35 more pounds to go! WOOO HOO
The other day in Martial arts class I was doing a jump front kick and BOY did I fly high in the air! It was the best feeling ever.
Also I went for a run. It was the first Run since my surgery and I wasn't quite ready but I still did my 1.5 miles in under 15 min. I was satisfied with that.
Also this weekend I ran 2 miles for FUN with out a problem. I finally reached the point where i forgot that I was running.
Watching my body change and how things are becoming easier and even FUN is a great experience. I can say that I really am TAKING SHAPE FOR LIFE! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!
