Here I am at the end of week six! I DID IT ! once I got throught a whole day I felt like it was just as easy as it was before my Surgery.The only downs side is that i have the complete muchines and i was running out of food waiting for my order to come in. From my week Six starting weight I had lost a total of 7 lbs with a total from my starting weight about 31 lbs! This week I am still not exsersizing but next week I plan to be back in full workout mode!
This week I am starting to Experiment with my Medi fast food.
1. I made grilled cheese and Tomato Soup. Doing this again
Here is what I did -
1. 1 package of medifasr tomato soup
2. Egg whites
1/2 slice of nonfat American cheese
Since i didnt have a sandwhich make I put bread pans in a skillet to heat them up. ( Make sure to spary them.)
Then I mixed soup and eggs toghet and poored into one bread pan then placed the other heated bread pan on top and placed 2 can goods on top. Let it cook for about 5 mins
then ones it was cooked through we placed the cheese on it and ate it.
2. My freinds Made Chocholet Muffins - Not good and not trying it again.
3. Made a choclet chip cookie shake - Defintly doing this again.
All it did was use the Chocletchip Cookie bake and added about 1 cup of water and shook it up! So EASY!
I have so many other Ideas that I cant wait to try and share with everyone.
I didn't do result pictures this week b/c my stomach was swollen from my surgery but here is just a normal picture from Friday.
