week 9- Okay so It took me all week but I am finally in the fat burning stage again.
I am down over 42 pounds at this point.
On FridayI had gone out with some friends and i Was getting compliments on how good I looked all night even from strangers. It felt so good.
At this point I have changes my goal weight to 175 which means I really only have 20 pounds to loose. I am 6 ft 1 and I workout everyday. I am pretty muscle and I want to stay that way. When I hit 175 and if I have more i want to loose then I will make changes then.
